Creating a new office core

Leicester lacks quality office space. An attractive office core could potentially create around 9,000 new jobs. It will be built around a remodelled railway station, a transport interchange for buses, trains and taxis, and a new public space. This will provide an attractive welcome for visitors and allow easy access to the city centre.
