Relocations
Three hectare site bought and companies signing up to relocate there.

Our remit is to strengthen Leicester’s economy, so we do all we can to help relocate companies displaced by regeneration projects.

English Partnerships has bought a three hectare site at Beaumont Leys. Planning permission has been obtained and site servicing is in place. With LRC’s assistance, several companies have decided to move there, including some displaced by Shires West, enabling that vital project to hit its deadlines. There is room for at least six more, and the first new factory is under construction.

We are negotiating three other sites, closer to the city centre. We are cataloguing the relocation needs of all the companies affected by our projects and to work with our partners in assisting them to relocate.
