Leicester Regeneration Company has strengthened its team with the appointment of David Beale as a development manager. The former City Council planning officer will work across all five of the key projects in the company’s masterplan for regenerating Leicester, focussing particularly on the Waterside.
David previously worked alongside Leicester Regeneration Company in his liaison role at Leicester City Council and brings five years’ planning and regeneration experience.
