Update on Leicester's Regeneration
Leicester Regeneration Company has held its annual event to update business leaders, the property industry and local people on its progress.
The keynote speakers included Niall McGilp from Akeler, which is developing Charles Street Police Station, Barry Wootten, assistant managing director at the Leicester Mercury and Chris Green, director of marketing at developers Hammerson.
More than 200 people, including members of the regeneration community from all over the UK, attended the event.
John Nicholls, Chief Executive of Leicester Regeneration Company, said: “We received very positive support for our work. We recognise the importance of keeping everyone informed and our annual meetings give us the opportunity to both give and receive information. We get some very useful feedback from those that attend.”
